“My car was collected by 08:30, I had the call about the vehicle's assessment from a friendly and polite agent by 09:30 and had no pressure to have any extras done; they were put down as advisories on the invoice. I had no charges for the oil change or replacement filters, which most other services require additional payment for, and my vehicle was returned by 13:30! I would highly recommend this service and would definitely use them again! Had the option to put small deposits down on future interim, major and/or MOT services at discount prices as a loyalty offer at the payment screen and I unfortunately didn't choose to do so as I paid as soon as I received the payment link after the phone call and didn't know just how good they would be, but I'm hoping I could still benefit from the loyalty scheme upon my next booking. Cannot fault this service, great prices and highly efficient and knowledgeable, would give 12 stars if I could!”
