“I have tried Servicing Stop for the first time today and I am pleased to say that I will recommend it to all my friends. The booking process was very easy, I arranged for the car to be picked up from my work address, and delivered before 4pm, as I could not be late picking up my child from school. The driver collected the car promptly in the morning and delivered it before 4pm, obviously attentive to my request. I had booked the car for a service and MOT and the Servicing Stop staff phoned me and explained to me all the items that the car needed done, with clear pricing for each (some being only optional, others had to be done for the MOT). We agreed over the phone what I wanted done, I was then quickly given the total amount over the phone and then I was promptly emailed the invoice, which had to be paid before the car could delivered back to me. I have never had such a smooth experience when taking the car for an MOT and service, usually it was a matter of taking the car early in the morning either to a garage local to where I live or to other garages on my way to work, having then to continue the rest of my journey to work on a bus. The collection of the car would have also been a matter of public transport to get to the garage. This was truly a star service, I drove to work in my car and I left work at normal time in my serviced and MOT'd car, without having to pay any premium money for such an amazing service. I must also thank the staff, who were all very helpful and polite, both the people I spoke to at the call centre and the driver who collected the car and delivered it. Thank you Servicing Stop! And congratulations on a very good idea and on managing to put it in practice so well. ”
