He was happy to wait while I tried to find my service book and at all times smiled, was supported and calm. He had a good understanding of the servicing process and was able to answer my questions honestly and openly. My telephone call to the garage was also very well handled. The man who answered my call spoke well, was patient, was able to provide me with the answers needed in a professional manner. At all times, I felt like a valued customer. The car was then returned well within the stated time frames. It was the same colleague who collected my car in the morning. Once again, service with a smile and a friendly, warm approach.
