“Very quick response to initial online booking. Would have preferred email confirmation of garage allocated a bit quicker (had to chase). When chased, was sent through very promptly though. On the actual day, driver collected the car between the 8 and 10am slot allocated. Car was dropped back promptly. It was all pretty efficient and convenient. If I was being picky, I'd say a call to let me know driver was on his way and who to expect would have been appreciated. Ditto coming back as he turned up early and only just caught me as I was off to do the school run. Nice, pleasant guy though, as were the call centre staff. Very pleased and would use Service Stop again. ”
