“I was very impressed with your service. Unfortunately it cost a little more than was first quoted but the mechanics found a problem and had to deal with it. The staff were very polite, and I would most certainly use Servicing Stop again. There was a little confusion during Monday about getting the car back which resulted in having to phone three times in order to find out what was going on and it would have been nice to have been kept informed as to the ongoing situation. However overall it was an extremely good experience and I am very pleased with the performance of the car.”

Car was returned at 16.55, within the agreed range of 16.00 and 17.00, but it was a Friday afternoon and I'd hoped it would be returned earlier. Next time I'll arrange for it to be returned between 15.00 and 16.00!”
