“My car was picked up on time and the work done seems to be satisfactory as they have cured the misfiring and engine check light issue which another garage could not. Only slight downside was car was delivered back outside of time specified due to the complexity of locating car fault. Would use again though.”

A lot more expensive than I had expected but it was my fault after all. Highly recommended!”

The individuals from the garage who telephoned me about collecting my car; who then collected it and subsequently telephoned about additional work were exceptionally professional and courteous. The charges on the invoice, when received, were clear and fairly priced. I would certainly want to use this garage again. My only suggestion for improvement is that it would be more efficient to send the detailed invoice at the point payment is requested, rather than at a later stage. My invoice also arrived several days later than the 2-3 days indicated at the time of payment but this is just a very minor matter, not a gripe. ”
“As I was working overseas I was able to leave everything to 'Servicing Stop'with my wife handing over the keys in the morning and then taking them back at the end of the day. I was very impressed that they took the time to find my car from the postcode and 'Google Earth' because none of the delivery people seem to find the new developement where I live. My car was serviced and MOT completed, any extra work explained and agreed first and the car returned clean inside and out. Highly recommended for convenience and competitive price!”

It was an issue, as not knowing what was happening made me feel a little uneasy. The garage could have phoned to give an approx time for collection.”
