“Picked up exactly within time frame by a polite and courteous young man, received call to inform of completed service/MOT and informed of 'flagged' manufacturers suggested recommendations ie. replace pollen filter if desired. Car washed/hoovered and returned shortly after new on-line payment upon receiving text containing service ref. All staff polite and easy to talk to! “This is a great service. My car was collected as agreed. I received a phone call to let me know it had passed the mot but some work was recommended for the service, some of which I agreed to have done as it was recommended by the manufacturer and some I decided to leave to next time as it wasn't essential. I received a text giving me the web link to make payment and once that was confirmed my car was returned having been cleaned inside and out. Couldn't ask for a better service.”
