Full Service (recommended annually or every 12,000 miles):Note: some items, such as premium or low-ash oil for certain vehicles, may carry a small additional charge. You will always be contacted for approval before any cost is added.
In most cases, you only need your car keys. However, it is helpful to bring your service book so it can be stamped, along with your locking wheel nut key if your car has one fitted. Clearing your boot and removing valuables can also speed things up.
