Fiat X19 warranty is protected by us

European law, known as “Block Exemption”, changed in 2003, which means that Independent Garages can carry out a Fiat X19 service without making your Fiat X19 warranty invalid.

A Fiat X19 service with one of our approved garages means that your car service has its warranty protected, because we use genuine parts which are of “Original Equipment” (OE) quality standard.

All Fiat X19 service books are stamped on every Fiat X19 service we do – also each Fiat X19 service carries a 12 month Parts and Labour Guarantee.

The Interim and Full service schedule descriptions we provide are just a guide of what we do and will vary on what each Manufacturer service schedule says, some additional items maybe required to comply with your warranty. However, we always provide a complete quote before anything additional is carried out.

I was happy with the quality of customer care, timings etc. My one complaint would be that I received a phone call from one of your operatives telling me that the service had been done. But the garage was recommending some extras. Changing the spark plug flush the engine Cleaning the pollen filters. There was an implied threat that if I did not wish to have the filters changed then this might invalidate the warranty. When I questioned this, the person backtracked and agreed with me. I was surprised by this manner to try and get more work from me. If this was needed it would I hope be on the servicing schedule if it is not needed then why tell me the garage suggest it be done. Each job was around 30 I am worried that this trick is being used on less quick thinking individuals and that the garages are making money from jobs that do not need doing.
