Kia servicing explained

Our Kia service has an extensive list of checks. Our approved garages have the latest equipment, which allows our qualified technicians and mechanics to diagnose any problems quickly and efficiently.

Kia warranty is protected by us

European law, known as “Block Exemption”, changed in 2003, which means that Independent Garages can carry out a Kia service without making your Kia warranty invalid.

A Kia service with one of our approved garages means that your car service has its warranty protected, because we use genuine parts which are of “Original Equipment” (OE) quality standard.

All Kia service books are stamped on every Kia service we do – also each Kia service carries a 12 month Parts and Labour Guarantee.

The Interim and Full service schedule descriptions we provide are just a guide of what we do and will vary on what each Manufacturer service schedule says, some additional items maybe required to comply with your warranty. However, we always provide a complete quote before anything additional is carried out.

I cannot fault Servicing Stop - my car was collected and returned exactly on time, there were no suprises in terms of the bill as I was telephoned and given a full break down of the optional additional items, with absolutely no pressure to agree to these (although I did agree to have the extra work done as the cost was so reasonable). My car had been washed before being returned and is running so much better than before. The mechanic who collected the car on a low-loader was very pleasant, giving a feeling of confidence. I wholeheartedly recommend this service. One tiny 'niggle' was trying to find the Pay on line button, which is not obvious as it is right at the bottom of the screen - a more prominent position would be helpful.
