Our Mercedes service has an extensive list of checks. Our approved garages have the latest equipment, which allows our qualified technicians and mechanics to diagnose any problems quickly and efficiently.
Mercedes warranty is protected by us
European law, known as “Block Exemption”, changed in 2003, which means that Independent Garages can carry out a Mercedes service without making your Mercedes warranty invalid.
A Mercedes service with one of our approved garages means that your car service has its warranty protected, because we use genuine parts which are of “Original Equipment” (OE) quality standard.
All Mercedes service books are stamped on every Mercedes service we do – also each Mercedes service carries a 12 month Parts and Labour Guarantee.
The Interim and Full service schedule descriptions we provide are just a guide of what we do and will vary on what each Manufacturer service schedule says, some additional items maybe required to comply with your warranty. However, we always provide a complete quote before anything additional is carried out.

This was a tricky job with many symptoms and an unclear course of action. However it was handled very well by Julie. When it appeared that the car was taking too long to be repaired she arranged for a hire car. This allowed us to continue with our daily activitues and the car to be repaired properly so Julie should get good credit for that. It means I would like to use Servicing Stop again in the future and would also recommend it. Please can yo uensure that Julie's manager gets to hear about my compliments of her great service.

Mercedes History
Mercedes history began when two German automakers merged in the 1920s. The two auto companies founded on one side by Karl Benz and on the other by Gottfried Daimler had started working together during the chaos of World War I, formally joining into Daimler Benz AG in 1926.
Where "Mercedes" came from is a little less well known. The best guess historians have today comes from one of the cars Daimler was building in 1899, which auto dealer and car aficionado Emil Jellinek raced to victory with his daughter Mercedes' name painted on the side for good luck. It was presumably Jellinek's influence that inspired Daimler's classic 1900 DMG Mercedes.
Jellinek's influence transcends Mercedes history even today. Fitting for a company whose history includes the world's first internal combustion-powered automobile, Mercedes-Benz cars have always been known for technological innovation. Jellinek's needs show in their cars' advanced safety features: Mercedes was the first to invent safety cages, airbags, anti-lock braking systems, traction control systems, and much more.
German automotive association ADAC has rated Mercedes as the most reliable among German car manufacturers. Thanks to Mercedes' history of durability and reliability, they've become the preferred car for heads of state, business leaders, celebrities, and even the Pope.
