This was a tricky job with many symptoms and an unclear course of action. However it was handled very well by Julie. When it appeared that the car was taking too long to be repaired she arranged for a hire car. This allowed us to continue with our daily activitues and the car to be repaired properly so Julie should get good credit for that.
