Very good communication, the person collecting our car phoned to say he was running late, considering the garage was about 45 mins drive away there was probably alot of rush hour traffic. Within an hour and half of the car being gone I already received a call from the garage to say what needed to be done and asking for approval and the car was then returned by 2pm. Easy to use, online payment system easy to use and the advisors all very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant day considering service day is like MOT day where you dread the worst, Servicing Stop made it easier. Thank you”
