BMW - 3SERIES“Very good service. Vik called me with a list of things that required work on the car (nearly a £1000 mark). This worried me because I had only bought the car from Car Giant around 3 weeks ago. Vik explained that I should speak to Car Giant about the break as it was below minimum thickness. Car Giant has asked for this in writing. Everytime I called for Vik, he returned my calls promptly, he also sent me an email that I can forward to Car Giant regarding the break, I am hoping that Car Giant will fix the breaks. I am just waiting for the invoice so I can send everything together. I am happy with the service and will defenately use Servicing Stop again. ”

The Garage phoned me to obtain agreement to charge an additional sum from quoted price to flush the brake system according to the 2 year service schedule and I still saved over £70 from the price quoted by the official Suzuki Dealer it was purchased from.
